தமிழ்நாடு தொடக்கப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி - திருமருகல்

1. அரசு விடுமுறை நாட்கள். (Govt Holidays)

பண்டிகை விடுமுறை நாட்கள், தேசிய விடுமுறை நாட்கள் முதலியன. அரசிதழ் (கெசெட்) வெளியீடு மூலம் ஆண்டு தோறும் அறிவிக்கப்படுகின்றன.

2. மதச்சார்பு விடுப்பு (Religious / Restricted Holidays)

வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட விடுப்பு என்றும் கூறுவர். ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் சுமார் 30 மதச்சார்பு பண்டிகைகளில் "ஏதேனும் மூன்று" நாட்களை ஒரு பணியாளர் துய்க்கலாம். அவர் சார்ந்த மதப் பண்டிகையாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதில்லை.

3. தற்செயல் விடுப்பு ( Casual Leave)

ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் 12 நாட்கள் எடுக்கலாம். எல்லாவகை பணியாளர்களுக்கும் உண்டு. விடுப்பு எடுத்த பின்னரும் விண்ணப்பம் கொடுக்கலாம். முன்கூட்டி விண்ணப்பித்தால் குறிப்பாக காரணம் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டியதில்லை.

4. ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு (Earned Leave)

ஒரு பணியாளர் பணி செய்த ஒவ்வொரு 12 நாடகளுக்கு ஒரு நாள் என்ற கணக்கில் அவருக்கு விடுப்பு கிடைக்கும். பணி செய்ததால் கிடைப்பதால் ஈட்டிய விடுப்புஎனப்படுகிறது. 6 மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை 15 என்ற எண்ணிக்கையில் ஒருவரது கணக்கில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும். தகுதி காண் பருவத்தினருக்கு இதில் பாதி நாட்கள் மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும். ஈட்டிய விடுப்பை பணியாளர்கள் துய்க்கலாம், அல்லது சரண்டர் செய்து பணமாகப் பெறலாம்., அல்லது 240 நாட்கள் வரை சேமித்து வைத்து பணி ஓய்வின் போது பணமாகப் பெறலாம்.

5. மருத்துவ விடுப்பு (Medical Leave)

மருத்துவ சான்றின் பேரிலான ஈட்டா விடுப்பு என்றும் அழைப்பர். 60 நாட்கள்வரை விடுப்பு எடுக்க மருத்துவ சான்று இணைக்கவேண்டும். அதற்கு மேல் விடுப்பு எடுத்தால் அலுவலகத் தலைவர் மருத்துவ குழுவின் ஆய்வுக்கு அனுப்புவார். பணி புரிந்த ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஏற்ப விடுப்பு எடுக்க. L தகுதியானநாட்கள் மாறுபடும். இரண்டாண்டு பணி முடித்தவர் 90 நாட்கள் எடுக்கலாம். 20 ஆண்டுக்கு மேல் பணிபுரிந்தால் 540 நாட்கள் வரை எடுக்க தகுதி உண்டு.

6. சொந்த காரணங்கள் பேரிலான ஈட்டா விடுப்பு (Unearned Leave on Private Affairs)

சொந்த காரங்களுக்காக எடுப்பது. சான்று தேவையில்லை. பணிக்காலம் 10 ஆண்டுக்குள் இருந்தால் 90 நாட்கள். பணிக்காலம் 10 ஆண்டுக்கு மேல் இருந்தால் 180 நாட்கள் தகுதியானவை ஆகும். தகுதி காண் பருவத்தினருக்கு கிடையாது.

7. மகப்பேறு விடுப்பு (Meternity Leave)

திருமணமான பெண் பணியாளர்களுக்கு மகப்பேறு காலத்தில் 6 மாதம் விடுப்பு கிடைக்கும். உயிருடன் உள்ள இரண்டு குழந்தைகளுக்கு மட்டுமே கிடைக்கும். தகுதி காண் பருவத்தினருக்கும் உண்டு.

8. சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு (Special Casual Leave)

குடும்ப நல அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்து கொள்ளுதல், மாநில/ தேசிய / சர்வதேச விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளுதல் காரணங்களுக்காக வழங்கப்படும்.

9. மாற்றுப்பணி ஈடுசெய் விடுப்பு (Turn Duty, Compensate Leave)

அலுவலகங்களில் விடுமுறை நாட்களில் சுழற்சி முறையில் பணிசெய்வர். இதற்கு ஈடாக வேறு ஒரு நாளில் விடுப்பு எடுக்கலாம். 6 மாதத்துக்குள் எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

10. இடமாறுதல் - பணி ஏற்பு இடைக்காலம்(Transfer - Joining Time)

இடமாறுதலில் செல்லும் ஒருவருக்கு புதிய பணி இடம் 8 கி.மீ. தூரத்திற்கும் அதிகம் இருந்தால் 6 நாட்கள் தயாரிப்பு நாட்கள் + ஒவ்வொரு 160 கி.மீ.தூரம் வரை ஒரு நாள் பயண நாள் சம்பளத்துடன் துய்க்கலாம். இந்த தகுதியான நாட்களுக்குள் பணியில் சேர்ந்துவிட்டால் துய்க்காத நாட்களை அவரது ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு கணக்கில் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.
